Sisyphus Rocks Education brings Mind-Body education to the classroom. We offer half-, one- and two-day courses where the SR Seminars team will present techniques for expanding and maintaining physical and mental awareness during the course of the school day. Then we will go on to provide a laboratory for applying our methods in the course of simple games and exercises that become increasingly more challenging so that you learn to experiment with our work before you leave our classroom and enter yours.
