SR Seminars presents the next Educators' Weekend seminar in Charlottesville, Virginia, February 2-3, 2008. This seminar will address all levels of experience with the SR Seminars program, both beginners and those who began our program during 2005-2007.

Sisyphus Rocks is a program of mind-body education for the classroom. During these seminars, the SR Seminar team will present techniques for expanding and maintaining physical and mental awareness and well-being during the course of the school day. Then we go on to provide a laboratory for applying our methods in the course of simple games and exercises that become increasingly more challenging. You learn to experiment with our work before you leave our classroom and enter yours.

The seminar is open to teachers, administrators, parents, and to anyone with a wish to live a more engaged and creative life. Our methods are applicable to any activity and can help you in everything you do. Better teacher, better family member, better friend, better musician, better chef, better artist. Just plain better. Plus our work is really fun! Think of it as a mini-vacation with health and productivity benefits.

The class runs from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. The fee for the Course is $275. We are offering a special discount rate of $145 for teachers with less than five years experience.

Lunch and light snacks are provided for this course.
