SR Seminars bring mind-body education into the classroom. Working with groups of teachers and administrators, the SR Seminars team presents techniques for maintaining and expanding physical and mental awareness during the course of the school day.

We then go on to apply these techniques to simple games that become increasingly challenging. We provide a laboratory for applying our methods so you learn to experiment with our work before leaving our classroom and entering yours.

The Sisyphus Rocks program helps teachers and administrators cope with the myriad demands of school, both inside and outside the classroom. We shed new light on the learning process and introduce new methods for overcoming mental, physical, and emotional habits that interfere with learning.
